eSolutions and Student Services leads the provision and delivery of IT solutions and student services to the Monash University community across domestic and international campuses and entities. As leaders in innovation, we recognised the value of bringing together the IT and student services functions to combine technological, cultural and service reform to continuously evolve and support the student journey and experience for our staff, students, researchers and alumni.
This role will be a part of the Data Engineer Services (DES) domain within eSolutions. We provide data engineering, analytics and integration solutions through the University's data integration platform, MuleSoft CloudHub and the Enterprise Data Services (EDS) Lake House platform. Our Quality Assurance capability is responsible for data governance and continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance practise thereby delivering process efficiencies and optimising business value through data management.
The Opportunity
Due to a high-level project, we have an opportunity for a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer to join us in supporting the automation phase of our Student Load, Revenue, Resourcing and Reporting Project (SLRRP) - one of the top strategic projects of the University's 2023 agenda. To be successfully considered for this role, you will have experience in a senior level role where you have interpreted QA needs and produced comprehensive Quality management strategies. Demonstrated knowledge in data management principles is key to this role. The ability to lead and motivate a high performing team, proactively recommend data quality practices, and work in a cross functional environment is important.
