Responsibilities will include in vitro and in vivo enhancer analysis in human cell lines, animal and zebrafish models, ChIP-seq, RNA-seq and ATAC-seq experiments on variety of cell types, and knock-down, over-expression and chemical screens in both in vitr o and in vivo settings. You will be required to manage your own academic research and administrative activities, write up results for publication in international peer-reviewed journals and prepare scientific reports in order to represent the research group at external forums.

The successful applicant will have experience in the field of gene regulation, and in using zebrafish as an experimental model. Applicants must hold, or be close to completion of, a PhD/DPhil in a relevant field, such as biochemistry, molecular biology, oncology, or chemistry.
