Postdoctoral Research Associate positions are available in the Dr. Gartel lab
in the Department of Medicine, University of Illinois at Chicago to study of
the regulation of FOXM1 in human cancer cells and the FOXM1 inhibitors for
possible treatment of cancer. Dr. Gartel is one of the leaders of the FOXM1
field and his lab recently (in 2021) published the following papers:

individuals with a Ph.D. or MS in molecular biology, cell biology or
biochemistry and prior vast research experience in molecular biology or
biochemistry. Basic molecular biological techniques are must. Tissue culture
expertise is a must and documented experience of working with xenograft tumors
in mice is preferred. A publication record in per-review journals is
desirable. Applicants must possess good communication skills and be fluent in
both spoken, and written English. Applicants should have visa status to be
