In the context of personalized medicine where treatment must be adapted to the
patient, antibodies and more particularly ADCs (antibody-drug conjugates)
are expanding rapidly, with 11 compounds on the market in 2021 and more than
300 in clinical trials. However, despite their undoubted interest, many
challenges remain particularly for controlling the number of cytotoxic
molecules bound to the antibody and for determining their precise binding
FlowCAP project is an innovative project aiming at improving current antibody-
cytotoxic compound coupling methodologies in order to access different ADCs
via innovative robust processes. The use of flow chemistry will ultimately
allow the development of safe production of large quantities of ADCs. They
could also serve as a starting point for the development of new ADCs,
functionalized by drugs of various kinds or by therapeutic radioisotopes, and
thus push the ADC concept even further.

- Strong skills in organic chemistry
- A PhD in organic chemistry
- Excellent knowledge, both written and oral, of English
- A real skill to work in large collaboration and autonomously
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are a must.
