Job Description:

The postdoctoral fellow will conduct, report and present research in his/her field of study under the supervision of a faculty mentor. This is a training position, and is not expected to be a permanent position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform Molecular biology techniques.
  • Develop and characterize mouse models.
  • Analyze RNA-seq data.
  • Write manuscripts and post-doctoral grants.
  • Present at national and international meetings.
  • Mentor students/trainees.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Ph.D.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experimental skills in cell and molecular biology techniques.
  • Experimental skills in mouse genetics.
  • SALARY:

    Commensurate with experience.
