Duke University's Department of Dermatology has an immediate need for a Postdoctoral Associate in Dr. Terry Lechler's lab to complete the following research:
- Determine the translational response to loss of cell adhesion using nascent proteomics and cell biological assays.
- Undertake CRISPR mediated loss of RISC components and identify the mechanism of cortical recruitment of this complex.
