  • Fully-funded project supported by the French National Institute of Cancer (INCa) and built on solid data involving luminal progenitor-like LSCmed cells (discovered by our group) that combine castration-tolerance, stem/progenitor properties and tumor-initiating capacities (Baurès et al, Nature Reviews Urology 2022). The candidate will use preclinical models of prostate cancer/CRPC including transgenic mice, mouse and patient-derived organoids, cell lines, and human tissue biocollections. This project involves established collaborative networks gathering biologists, urologists, pathologists and bioinformaticians.

    The candidate (m/f) should be highly motivated, self-driven, independent and creative, with required expertise in animal/cell/molecular biology (mouse studies, histology, IHC/IF, cell sorting, cell culture, organoids, qPCR, immunoblots, ...).

    Skills in bioinformatics, oncology, urology and/or spatial transcriptomics is an advantage.
