The person will contribute to different aspects: -setting up and optimising the experimental system -driving/simulation programming -characterisation on different samples -sample preparation -writing of articles -participation in conferences
The person recruited will be part of the Nanobio team, and will participate in the development of new approaches in super-resolved microscopy. In particular, the team will develop different methods, notably using structured illumination approaches, which can be combined with single molecule localisation approaches.
This work will be carried out within the ISMO (mixed unit CNRS / Paris Saclay) as part of an ANR project involving 2 other laboratories and a company. The laboratory has an on-site culture room and various microscopes for fluorescence microsocpy (single molecule localisation, structured illumination, FLIM ...)Eligibility criteria
