Post-doctoral position in nanotube electromechanical resonator
ICFO is offering a postdoctoral position to a well-qualified, highly motivated
and dynamic young scientist who wishes to enhance his/her scientific career in
a friendly and stimulating environment.
The successful candidate will be joining the Quantum NanoElectronics and
NanoMechanics group led by Prof. Dr. Adrian Bachtold.
Description of the tasks: Nanotube mechanical resonators for scanning probe
microscopy and the realization of a mechanical qubit.
Supported by Generalitat de Catalunya and MCIN with funding from European
Union NextGenerationEU (PRTR-C17.I1).

Candidates must hold an internationally-recognized Ph.D.-equivalent degree
(or evidence of its completion in the nearest future) preferably in Physics.
The candidate should have a proven track record in nano fabrication, scanning
probe microscopy and mechanical resonators
