  • - Take care of samples from biobank - Organize and perform ELISA, - Realize FACS experiments and analyses - Perform experiments on mice - Present results and perform statistical analyses - Participate in management tasks within the laboratory

    The candidate will participate in a project at the interface of immunology and onco-immunology applied to the lung. The candidate will ensure the organization and experimental execution of the project. These studies will use cell biology and immunology approaches such as ELISA and cytometry. These approaches will be applied to mouse models. The candidate will develop this project in interaction with the team members and clinicians of the Centre Antoine Lacassagne in the framework of the SING'IT program financed by the ARC.

    Within IRCAN the candidate is going to work in Team 4 headed by Prof HOFMAN, in the sub group "purinergic signaling, inflammation and cancer"

    Eligibility criteria

    We are looking for a highly motivated, critical and autonomous post-doctoral fellow. - Qualification in animal experimentation (level 1 or 2) is required - High level of rigor, precision and organization in the execution of experiments - Understanding and designing new techniques - Formatting results and statistical analysis - Knowledge in immunology, imaging, flow cytometry and cell culture (3D) - Ability to communicate in spoken and written English
