The Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our team of faculty physiatrists as we expand our practice to include a new freestanding inpatient rehabilitation facility. This facility is the first inpatient rehabilitation facility to be affiliated with the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and the state of Iowa's only comprehensive academic medical center.
This is an exciting opportunity for an academic-oriented physiatrist with a variety of clinical interests. Clinical opportunities are broad and include inpatient consultations, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient clinics. The outpatient practice can be developed around the candidate's interests, with possibilities for MSK, spine, ultrasound, EMG, neurorehabilitation, amputee, pediatrics, and other areas. This position also offers ample opportunities to participate in research and medical education.
This is a full-time position being offered at the tenure or clinical track level.

Education Requirement:
Graduate of an accredited medical school
MD or DO with state medical license/eligible for state medical licensure
Required Qualifications:
