Competitive candidates

are excellent researchers in plant biology, in particular, practical knowledge of methods: in vitro plant cultures, RT-PCR (cDNA synthesis), qRT-PCR, Western Blot, basic bioinformatics analyses

should have a Ph.D. (R2) in biological sciences, agricultural sciences biotechnology, or similar disciplines

should has a completed PhD degree and research experience

should have independent thinking & passion for science

should have original/innovative research vision

should demonstrates a promising track record (publications & funding)

have potential to attract international & national research grants (NCN, NCBR, EMBO, etc.)

is ready to establish, develop & lead its own independent research teams

find synergy with other research groups at the IPP PAS

is motivated to tutor a new generation of promising researchers

is motivated to contribute to the development of plant biology and research environment at the IPP PAS
