Offer Description

The Ph.D is a part of a wider MSCA project. It will be carried out at Grenoble-INP and Politecnico di Torino (cumulative time share between the two laboratories of ca. 50%) with a secondment at CEA Grenoble in the Fuel cells research group. During the secondment the ESR will be hosted at CEA as visiting scholar. The secondement will be divided into two periods of about 1 month during the second and the thirs year of the Ph.D thesis. The purpose of the secondment is to optimize the electrode material composition and its design for its use in specific fuel cells stacks developed at CEA.

Skills/Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in chemistry, chemical or materials engineering with a strong background on wood and derived materials chemistry and characterization (mechanical, electrical, rheological). An in deep knowledge of FDM 3D printing process, basic knowledge of G-Code will be a plus.
