Summary of the role
You will be joining at a transformational time for Finance, Infrastructure and Commercial Services. We have bought together four professional services teams to create FICS, a unified division that will deliver a world class environment, that places the University customers at the very heart of what we do. This new era, together with our ambitious strategies to enhance our estate, commercial and residential services, finance and sustainability offering, means that you will play an important role within a dynamic environment with a strong sense of purpose and aspiration.
Working as part of the FICS Executive Support team, the primary role of this post is to provide PA and administrative support to three of the six Directors within FICS (Finance, Estate Services, Commercial Residential & Campus Services and Sustainability). A proactive, flexible approach and being able to adapt to changing priorities will be essential. Providing specialist administrative support to the three designated Directors, you will have excellent inter-personal skills, be highly organised and capable of working both independently and as part of a team; producing high quality personal assistant support for the Directors.

Attention to detail, accuracy and a high standard in both written and oral communications are all essential requirements for the role, as is the ability to demonstrate total confidentiality.
