The University of New England College of Dental Medicine (UNE CDM) is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Oral Health Center (OHC). The OHC Patient Services Representative greets and welcomes patients seeking care at our Oral Health Center. As the first point of contact for our patients, the OHC Patient Services Representative plays an important role in ensuring that our patients are provided with an overall positive experience each time they visit the OHC.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Patient Services, the OHC Patient Services Representative demonstrates a strong customer focus while representing the core values of the UNE CDM. The person in this role supports the academic mission of the CDM by:
