Full time or bi-vocational PASTOR: Hilda First Baptist Church is a God-loving, God-serving, Southern Baptist Church. We are a loving, motivated, caring, mission-minded, family-oriented and community outreaching congregation. We recognize Jesus as the head of our church and are prayerfully seeking a pastor to lead and shepherd our congregation. Our Pastor must evangelize and proclaim God's Word. He must be a licensed, ordained Baptist minister. His conduct is holy and Godly. He must be an energetic pastor to serve as overseer and spiritual leader. He possesses a vision and direction for church growth and community outreach. He is skilled in relationship building, is approachable and able to communicate with all age groups. He has a humble, teachable spirit and has the qualities listed in 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
