The role is hybrid with 2 days per week working on campus. Flexible working hours patterns can be arranged around caring responsibilities or other commitments.
We are looking for an inspirational and talented colleague to join the Partnerships and Placement Team at Oxford Brookes Business School. As Partnerships and Placements Administrator you will provide administrative support for placements within the Business School.
The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with placement providers, students, academic staff, professional services and other stakeholders. Applicants will also need excellent written and spoken communication, attention to detail and be expected to have good time management skills, with the ability to work creatively and effectively to a variety of deadlines, working on their own initiative but also as part of a team. Familiarity with Google gmail, team drives and spreadsheets would be an advantage.
