Conduct outgoing phone calls as well as text and email communications to defined groups of prospective and incoming students. Assist students in completing admissions applications, program change forms, and provide information on the enrollment process. Document all outreach in relevant DMACC software.
Applicant should have excellent public service skills, phone skills, good attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Good computer skills are a must. The applicant should be a skilled user of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
