Department Name Interprofessional Teaching Clinic Position Summary

The ITC Provider will provide clinical coverage for nutrition services in the Interprofessional Teaching Center. This is a part-time position (approx. 16 hours per week) renewable annually.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide RDN services in the Interprofessional Teaching Center (ITC).
  • Document patient encounters.
  • Collaborate with providers across disciplines to enhance Interprofessional education.
  • Create content for collaterals and social media posts related to nutrition for distribution to community.
  • Provide education and mentorship to students in the ITC.

    Required Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with course work approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
  • Completed an accredited, supervised practice program at a health care facility, community agency or foodservice corporation.
  • Passed national examination.
  • License(s)/Certifications (Required or Preferred)
