About the role
The Department of Biological Sciences in the School of Health, Science and
Wellbeing at Staffordshire University is currently recruiting Part-time
Biomedical and Healthcare Sciences
Online tutors to support distance learning students in Biosciences
Practitioner tutors in Biomedical or Clinical Sciences (must be HCPC
The Department of Biological Sciences is a growing department which delivers
programmes including BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science and Applied Biomedical
Science, BSc (Hons) Biological Science with pathways (Genomics;
Pharmacology; Pre-Med; Ecology & Environmental Management). We deliver a
highly successful Healthcare Science Practitioner degree apprenticeship
programme as well as an MSc in Molecular Biology (online and on campus) and
a Professional Doctorate in Healthcare Science. We benefit from superb
purpose-built facilities in our Science Centre, and we work regionally and
nationally with many organisations, the NHS and industry partners.
Putting the students first is at the heart of everything we do. We are
