The Doctoral of Psychology (PSYD) in Organizational Psychology, Rutgers University invites applications for Part-Time Lecturer (PTL) teaching positions in the Department of Applied Psychology 2021-2022, year for the Fall Semester and Spring Semester. This current listing is for courses 1-Interviewing & Observation – Organizations 2- Group relations & Organizational diagnosis. The position entails teaching doctoral level courses in the Department of Applied Psychology. Candidates will assume primary responsibility for developing or refining course syllabi, presenting high quality lectures, running class discussions and other teaching activities, and evaluating students based on course expectations and program-wide competencies. PTL's are expected to adhere to high quality instructional practices that integrate multiple modalities and approaches, such as whole class lecture, small group activities, videos, role playing etc.

Minimum Education and Experience

Ph.D. or PsyD. (DSW considered)

Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Doctoral level training in psychology or equivalent, with mastery of content areas needed for instruction.
