Assist Academic Advisor, Regional Coordinator and instructors with general functions of the departmental office.
Description of Primary Duties
Receiving guests, answering phones, processing book orders, logging faculty assessments, order office supplies and materials for faculty, and supervise student workers
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Two years of general office experience preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Familiar/proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. Ability to train on university systems such as Banner, Argos, etc.
Additional Qualifications Special Instructions to Applicants
Typically the work schedule will be 20 hours per week but may vary due to volume of work at various times during the year.
