Our people are at the heart of what we do, and all of us here contribute to creating better futures for our colleagues, students, partners and stakeholders. We offer our people a place to belong and an organisation to feel proud of. We support you wherever we can because we know that's how to get the best out of you, including helping you find a balance between work and life.
We are recruiting for an OD Digital & Core Learning Specialist to join an exciting and growing Organisation Development, Talent and Learning team at Coventry University. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal and active role in a team dedicated to helping to grow the skills and capabilities needed amongst our people to bring both Group and People Strategy to life, and to supporting our colleagues to perform at their best and maximise their potential throughout their careers with Coventry University Group.
In this role, you will curate, create, and deliver a range of OD and learning initiatives and interventions, working under the direction and guidance of the OD Business Partner for Digital and Core learning, and help to implement new ways of working to ensure that the skills and capability of the workforce meet current and emerging organisational needs. This is a key operational role to being able to deliver on the digital agenda within the People Strategy and build solutions in line with strategic goals and OD, Digital and Core Learning objectives.
The role requires in-depth expertise and accountability for designing, developing and evaluating digital initiatives or programmes relating to the core learning provision that will support personal and professional development of our staff. We would like to hear from you if you are passionate about implementing solutions to help people to grow and develop, committed to developing and delivering high quality outputs that lead to sustainable change taking place, and able to organise and manage a fast-paced, multi-faceted workload.
