The University is embarking on an exciting period of transformation by changing the way it delivers professional services and ways of working that support both our staff and the University to thrive.
This role is based in the HR Division, providing a strong HR network of peer support, and will be line managed by the Head of Organisational Design. The purpose of this role is to provide advice on Organisational Change to the Finance Division as they embark on a multi-year transformation programme which will introduce new systems and ways of working through to 2027 and beyond.
This role will be pivotal in collaboration across the Division and will require successful engagement with a variety of senior stakeholders. This role has key impact, and the incumbent will need to both support and influence the Finance Transformation Programme (FTP) agenda, whilst ensuring and enabling individual project progress.
You will be responsible for the provision of advice and support on all aspects of organisational change, including equality impact assessments; organisational and job design; consultation: TUs engagement; redundancy selection; outplacement and dispute resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience of organisational design, change working to a transformation agenda.

Your Skills
You will be a HR professional with substantial experience in either a generalist or specialist environment, including operational exposure to application of employment law, case management and organisational change management.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check and a security check.
