Job Description: PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION Equipping faithful and healthy leaders to serve faithful and healthy

churches.

God's plan for his church is that we would have unity and maturity in Christ (Eph. 4:11-16). What does it take to get there? Various sorts of leaders (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers) equipping his people for ministry. At Trinity we are committed to God's vision for his church and deeply desire to see not only our own church thrive, but many churches thrive. If we equip and send out more faithful and healthy leaders, more churches will be faithful and healthy, and God's purposes will be fulfilled on earth as it is in heaven! Trinity's Ministry Residency will immerse leaders in our church community, both so they can develop their gifts to multiply ministry, but also so that leaders can experience the culture of a healthy church. We call this gospel culture: where the realities of the gospel of Jesus Christ are not only propositional truths proclaimed from the pulpit but are also the lived experience of the community.

We are looking to fill four positions in the area of operations, family, worship and groups.

Position Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to fulfill a one year commitment (September 28, 2023 to September 29, 2024).

Fulfill the duties of Trinity West Seattle members outlined in the membership covenant.

Fulfill the character qualifications of Deacon as taught in the Scriptures.

Prior experience apprenticing or serving as a leader in your church.

Proficient at multitasking, time management, prioritizing and organization.

Ability to work with and maintain positive and loyal relationships with others.

Ability to build teams and equip leaders to lead ministries.
