The above role is available on a full time, permanent basis.

About the role

Within the hugely successful University of Exeter Sports Office a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced sport professional to join our team of Operational Assistants.

The position will be based at the Sports Park on a rota basis including weekends and evenings. With an expectation to work across 3 sites when required which includes Cornwall House Swimming pool and St Lukes Sports Centre.

This will be a full time (36.5 hrs) permanent position starting ASAP.

About you

Experience of working in a similar environment and dealing with a varied cross-section of customers is essential along with an awareness of health and safety issues. An NPLQ will be essential or a willingness to undertake this qualification ASAP.

A supportive, proactive approach with a desire to succeed is of equal importance.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the Sports Park and other sites when working at them by following guidance from a team of Duty Managers.
