Salary Range Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The Department of Geology seeks to hire a faculty member to teach
undergraduate courses in Hydrogeology, Engineering Geology, Environmental
Geology, Field Geology and Geomorphology. In addition, the successful
candidate will teach introductory courses such as Oceanography Geologic
Hazards and Earth resources, and Physical Geology. This is a renewable 3-year
term appointment and will begin August 2022. Qualified applicants must have a
Ph.D. in Geology or Geosciences, excellent teaching and communication skills,
and 10 years teaching experience at the university level. Rank is commensurate
with education and experience.
