The York Online Support Team is responsible for providing effective and specialised support for students and academic staff. Based in Student and Academic Services, and working with an external partner (HEP UK), the York Online Support Team provides professional service support for the delivery of our online programmes.
RoleYou will work with academic departments and other professional support services to develop and deliver high quality student administration and customer support. You will provide a friendly first point of contact for students and staff, answering queries and escalating issues where needed, that may involve contact with students experiencing difficult life circumstances. The post-holder will work both independently and as part of a team. The post is available on a fixed term basis until September 2023.
