About the Role The Office Coordinator will manage a range of initiatives and projects simultaneously and requires high-level administrative skills and excellent communication. Working as a key member of the MMS executive office, this position will flexibly contribute to team-based tasks, support team activities and project coordination.

About You The Office Coordinator will be required to undertake concurrent tasks demonstrating excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills augmented by well-developed technical skills and a forward-thinking approach. A flexible, positive attitude is required as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners will be critical to this role.
