The University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine, Department of Neurology is currently recruiting Associate(s)(non-track), Assistant Professor(s), Associate Professor(s), or Professor(s) for Clinical (Non-Tenure) and Tenure Track positions. The UI Department of Neurology is made up of more than 40 full-time faculty members who provide national and international leadership across a range of neurology areas, including Cognitive Neurology, Cerebrovascular Disease, Clinical Electrophysiology, Epilepsy, Movement Disorders, Neuroimmunology/MS, Neuromuscular Disease, Neuropsychology and Sleep Disorders. The Department of Neurology has a long tradition of excellence in research, a well-developed research infrastructure, and ample patient populations that support efforts in a variety of areas of investigation.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Applicants must have a commitment to patient care, teaching, and research.
Tenure track candidates must have evidence of scholarly investigation.
Demonstrated experience in teaching medical students, residents and fellows and/or related scholarly activity is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
