Position Summary Information

Objective

This position will direct and manage the activities of the Navigators' Mentoring program, including faculty/staff and peer mentors and administer a grant funded by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. This is a temporary position, grant ends August 31, 2023.

    Manage the recruitment of and recruit faculty/staff (30-50) and peer mentors (25-35).

    Manage the recruitment of mentees for the program (250 mentees).

    Contact eligible mentees and manage their relationship with the program.
