Selective procedure for the calling of a Full Professor, according to art. 18, paragraph 1, of the Law nr. 240/2010, for the Academic Recruiting Field 12/A1 – “Private Law”, Academic Discipline: IUS/01 “Private Law” – at Department of Law. Maximum number of scientific papers to be submitted: 12 (twelve). Type of teaching commitment: without prejudice to the option between full-time and part-time, the candidate must carry out his / her teaching activity within the single-cycle Master's Degree Course in Law, the Three-year Degree Course in Labor Consultant and Business Lawyer, the Master's Degree Course in Legal Sciences for Innovation, the School of Specialization for the legal professions in the area of private law. Rights and duties of the candidate: those provided for by current provisions of law, by the Statute and by the regulations of the University of Brescia regarding the legal status of teaching staff. Type of scientific commitment: the candidate must work in full scientific maturity and autonomy; he/she will deal with the classic issues of private law as well as with the most recent regulatory and jurisprudential developments. In particular, he/she must be in possession of a scientific production that attests to a wide variety of interests, especially with regards to the issues of the rights of persons, succession due to death, private autonomy and civil liability, and high methodological rigor, also proven by the deep knowledge of the historical-comparative foundations of contemporary private law.
