The Opportunity
MRS has the opportunity to support 2 recent Monash graduates to gain exposure to a range of business departments and develop their skills and capabilities as the MRS Graduate Business Services Officers.
The MRS Graduate Business Services Program is conducted over an 18-month period with graduates gaining experience through four key areas within Monash Residential Services - Front Office, Admissions, Operations and Projects. The Program ensures that the graduates will gain experience through on-the-job learning and develop the ability to provide a range of professional, complicated and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of a large and complex organisational unit.
The experience includes implementing and undertaking auditing, bookings management, facilities management, asset management, customer service, admissions processing, project coordination and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The MRS Graduate Business Services Officer will also be trained to provide complex administrative support for projects and programs with a focus on excellence in process and judgement and provision of sound and timely advice and support to students, staff and other stakeholders.
