Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey along with the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School offer exciting opportunities for academically oriented medical oncologists that could complement and expand growing programs in prevention, diagnosis and treatment. We welcome applications from candidates with focused interests in breast, head/neck, thoracic, or genitourinary malignancies. Multiple positions are available. Leadership opportunities and/or support for clinical research program development may exist for qualified candidates in certain disease groups.

Faculty are expected to support the educational goals and activities of the School, and as such will be expected to be involved in teaching activities including targeted lectures in their area of expertise. Minimum Education and Experience

Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree with board certification and fellowship training. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.

Physicians with interest in building an active clinical practice supporting clinical trial accruals and contributing to ongoing clinical and translational research are encouraged to apply.

This integrated cancer care model combines the strength of both entities, offering access to the most advanced diagnostic and treatment options for adult and pediatric cancer patients, including clinical trials, immunotherapy, proton therapy, precision medicine, CAR T-cell therapy and cardio-oncology.
