About Student and Scholarly Services Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.
The Video and Media (VM) team is organisationally located within Teaching and Learning Innovation, a part of the Scholarly Services portfolio within Student and Scholarly Services.
About the Role As the Media Production Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production of high-quality media materials for all disciplines within the university, with a particular focus on studio-based recording and livestreaming.
You will also have the opportunity to fill a range of supporting crew roles for on-location field sound recording, and camera operation. Additionally, you will provide technical support for the live streaming of events and productions.

About You You will have a track record of successful client communications and relationship building, and a commitment to collaborative work, responsive and proactive service provision and client satisfaction.
You will have the proven ability to work calmly and methodically to troubleshoot common issues arising during the video production and postproduction process.
