Manage and execute reception and high-touch customer service for the Full-Time MBA and Master of Science in Business Analytics (FTMBA/MSBA) Program Office which contains four business units; FTMBA Admissions, MSBA Admissions, FTMBA/MSBA Career Management, and Student Engagement. Program Office's key constituents include students, recruiters, alumni, and faculty & staff representatives from academic departments across campus.
Percentage of time 25 Duties/Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support for two Business Unit Directors, and operational support with overall office activities including but not limited to: Reviewing and tracking a high volume of expenses and reimbursement documents; Managing all communications and paperwork in processing of CMC student travel stipend and Program-sponsored events. Write and send emails and calendar events to market, career resources to students, working within Handshake to pull resumes or reports, and provide other administrative support as needed.
Percentage of time 25 Duties/Responsibilities
Manage and execute complex logistics of office-sponsored events; schedule venues or campus resources, arrange catering, handle invoicing and payment processing, manage logistics of student transportation or other inter- University resources, provide support for student case competition team travel and logistics. Manage tools for planning and tracking projects including FTCMC/MSBA events, student advisement appointments, and a variety of student and external constituent participation metrics. Provide other operational support as needed.
Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities
Support Director of Student Engagement, FTMBA/MSBA, to coordinate the scheduling, calendaring, and maintaining of building resources in Correll Hall including classrooms, interview suites, conference rooms, team rooms, and Grad Commons; Assist with the assignment & monitoring of student lockers; Submit work orders for upgrades, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities
Supervise FTMBA/MSBA Program student workers: Recruit, hire, train and establish work schedules; Assign tasks and monitor performance to manage overall office workflow and ensure a professional work environment and efficient day to day operations.
