About This Role:

Assist marketing staff of the College of with communication, projects, and student support

What You'll Do – Position Duties

As a member of our team, you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in mass communication and student outreach
  • Assist in recruiting activities
  • Attend and participate in events as needed
  • Assist with new marketing and strategic planning projects
  • Assist with tasks associated with the college's newsletter, magazine, and social media platforms

  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Minimum Qualifications

    What You'll Need to Succeed – Minimum Qualifications

    To be successful in this role and a great addition to our team we need you to come with the following:

  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Familiarity with computers and basic office software (Outlook, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Key Competencies:

  • Experience with Canva and/or Abode Suite
  • Experience with Loomly or other social media management sites
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Interest/experience in marketing, communications, media, writing, graphic design
  • Physical Requirements

    Ability to lift 20 lbs.

    Certifications Required Work Hours Up to 19.5 hours a week Job Conditions

    Office environment, with light travel around campus
