Position Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant AD for Marketing and Fan Engagement, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the establishment and maintenance of all Department marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: develop and implement marketing plans for Women's Basketball and Volleyball; serve as an extension of the Ticket Sales Department to push ticket sales for Women's Basketball games and select Olympic sporting events; coordinate all in-game promotions from field-level at Football games and on-court for Men's Basketball games; create in-game graphics for video boards; work with the Data Analytics Coordinator to facilitate Temple Athletics e-mails; and facilitate the distribution of promotional flyers, signage, banners, etc. on campus that promote Athletic events. Marketing Coordinator will also perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field. At least two years of directly related full-time experience in sports marketing. Demonstrated experience in marketing with a focus on sports, athletes, and consumers. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to identifying a wide variety of sports trends and scenes on the regional and national levels.
Demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office package.
The ability to manage several tasks and/or projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong integrity and character who shares a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference and University rules.
Preferred:
Master's Degree
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop software
