An exciting opportunity to lead two critical functions – domestic student recruitment and university events.
About the Position
As Manager Student Recruitment and Events, your primary responsibility will be to optimise all student recruitment opportunities, across both higher education and vocational education and training. This will involve planning, implementing and executing the university's domestic student recruitment program in order to develop, nurture and grow the student recruitment pipeline.
In this role, you focus on building and developing effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including high school principals, career advisors, student influencers, students, communities and industry.
In addition to leading the student recruitment function, this you will lead the event management function at CDU, supported by a team of student recruitment and event professionals. This will include planning all major university events to ensure that they are targeted and in line with CDU's engagement objectives. This position will be responsible for preparing and managing budgets, vendors, internal stakeholders, formal correspondence and databases.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 9/10. The base salary will be in the range $117,264 - $137,506 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $137,198 - $160,882 per annum including 17% superannuation.
