We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational leader with a desire to make a difference in education, to join the Scholarship team, and lead all aspects of the service delivery of the administration and disbursement of scholarships.
As Manager, Scholarships you will provide strategic leadership to our passionate team, working with the Team Leader to oversee and lead a team of advisors, responsible for the assessment and award of our scholarships. You will work closely with the marketing team to build up our campaigns and promote the Scholarships we offer at Curtin.
You will be playing an important role in facilitating a positive learning experience for Curtin students. Part of this will include proposing and developing new scholarships with the opportunity to shape the scholarship profile at Curtin; overseeing and managing our sizeable scholarship budget, provision of financial reporting for the Director and making your mark on continuous improvement relating to our policies and procedures. This position will also see you build and maintain strategic networks, participate in working parties, represent the Director at committees and support the team's role within the community at large.
