Assists in the development of annual revenue goals and pricing strategies.

Generates facility use agreements for all external clients using university facilities on the main campus as well as satellite campuses: Downtown Law School, Meeman Biological Center, Millington Campus and Lambuth Campus.

Manages all sales for external organizations utilizing university facilities. Including but not limited to corporate events, regional and national conferences, summer conferences and camps.

Maintains all sales systems, such as sales records and reports, traces of history and potentials, logs of groups not previously accommodated and mailing lists; prepares weekly and quarterly reports.
