About the Role:
This is an exciting time to be joining the Estates & Facilities Services as we seek to recruit a series of key maintenance roles including Supervisors, Craftspersons, Operatives and Technicians to further strengthen our Asset Management team responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of the University's building mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
We are recruiting for a cross skilled Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Technician based at our Cambridge campus with specialist technical knowledge in maintenance, diagnostic and investigation of mechanical / electrical faults, ideally gained in a multi-site environment.
You will hold a BTEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a Gas Safe Certificate. With previous hands-on field experience, you will be IT literate with the ability to evaluate priorities and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
