The University of Southern Maine is seeking a Mail Services Assistant to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity to become part of the USM team and provide quality customer service in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing duties related to the collection, distribution, and processing of mail and parcels. Incumbents perform highly defined tasks by following clear operating policies and procedures. This position will work directly with all members of the University community including faculty, staff, and students.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. This is a full-time position with a starting hourly rate of pay of $15.70/hour.
