Leisure Club Manager

Burleigh Court Hotel – Burleigh Springs

Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week), 5 days over 7

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Hotel Leisure Club Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our friendly team here at Burleigh Court Hotel. The Burleigh Springs Leisure Club provides a fantastic offering for our hotel guests, as well as our leisure club members.

We are looking for a passionate individual who has outstanding knowledge and experience of running a leisure club operation. You will need to lead from the front, ensuring exceptional standards are met within the department.

You must have previous experience supervising a leisure operation with a very good understanding of gym equipment, pool maintenance and beauty treatments. You will have outstanding customer care skills and the ability to communicate effectively and listen to our guests and team members. A lifeguard and first aid qualification are desirable.
