Duties include teaching four courses per semester in support of our undergraduate degree program, undergraduate advising/mentoring, and departmental service. Opportunities for online teaching may also be available.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated skill in providing effective instruction in both in person and online environments. The successful applicant will possess the skills needed to successfully advise and mentor undergraduate students.

Minimum Qualifications - Education or training

All applicants must hold a PhD in Psychology or provide evidence that the PhD will be completed prior to July 2022.

Minimum Qualifications - Special licenses, registration or certification Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants with the interest, qualifications, and/or experience to teach and develop courses in the following areas: Introduction to Psychology, Developmental Changes (e.g. lifespan development, child, adolescent) and Personality and Social Processes. Preference will be given to applicants who have demonstrated excellence, or potential for excellence, in teaching.

Conditions of Employment
