Candidates who exercise the right of advantage in employment in accordance with Articles 102 and 103 of the Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of Their Families Act (Official Gazette 121/17, 98/19, 84/21), , along with the application to a public competition, are obliged to submit the evidence proving that they have fulfilled the required conditions in addition to all the necessary evidence of exercising the right to advantage in employment as stated by Article 103 of the Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of Their Families Act , available at the Ministry of Croatian Veterans Affairs website, link https: // branitelji.gov.hr/zaposljavanje-843/843.
Candidates who exercise the right to advantage in employment in accordance with Article 9 of the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette No. 157/13, 152/14, 39/18, 32/20) prove this with an appropriate public document on disability on the basis of which a person can be registered in the register of employed persons with disabilities, as well as evidence that shows how the employment relationship with the previous employer ended (decision, contract, agreement, etc.).
Candidates who exercise the right to advantage in employment in accordance with Article 48.f of the Act on the Protection of Military and Civilian War Invalids (Official Gazette No. 33/92, 77/92, 86/92 – revised text, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 94/01, 103/03, 148/13, 98/19), prove this with a decision or certificate of recognized status showing that right, with an unemployment certificate from the Croatian Employment Service issued at the time of the competition as well as evidence showing how the employment relationship with the previous employer ended (decision, contract, agreement, etc.).
An application form, a curriculum vitae, a copy of birth certificate, diploma, a certificate with information on previous work experience recorded in the The Croatian Pension Insurance Institute register, the decision on previous selection procedure if the cadidate has such information about his/her teaching, professional and scientific activities, are submitted in electronic form in PDF format to e -address: [email protected][email protected].
Application deadline: 30 days from publication in the Official Gazette. Applicants will be notified of the results of the competition within 15 days from the date of the selection decision on the Department's website.
Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
Until the decision on the selection of candidates is reached, the competition or parts of the competition may be cancelled. By applying to this competition, applicants expressly agree that the University Department for Professional Studies, as head of a personal data collection, can collect, use and further process data for the purpose of implementing the competition procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
Specific Requirements
Applicants for positions under numbers 1 and 2 must meet the requirements as prescribed established by the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (Official Gazette 119/2022) and the Decision on Requirements necessary for Teaching and Professional Performance Appraisal in the Election to Titles Selection Procedure
