Your new role Opportunities exist for experienced Associate Lecturers/Lecturers/Senior Lecturers/Associate Professors to join Curtin Law School's dynamic Law, Tax and Clinical Professional Practice teams! We are seeking to attract:

  • Experienced PhD-qualified academics with teaching and research experience in the Priestley areas of Criminal Law, Evidence, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Tort, Equity and/or Trusts. Ability to teach one of the above Priestley areas is essential;
  • PhD-qualified and/or significant industry experience in teaching and research areas related to First Nations Peoples, Human Rights, Digital Finance, Information Governance, Energy Governance, Law & Technology, and/or Taxation;
  • PhD-qualified, or significant legal or taxation profession-based experience, being in a position to build a strong and clear clinic-based research agenda with the ability to attract external grants.
  • Additional international law specialists are not currently required. The positions may be offered at either ALA/ALB/ALC/ALD as Teaching & Research, Teaching Focussed and/or Clinic-based, depending on qualifications and experience.
