    Skills/Qualifications
    Criteria required:
    

    1. doctoral degree in the field of social sciences in the discipline of management science

    and quality or doctor of economics in the discipline of management science,

    2. documented scientific achievements in the field of topics related to human resource management, the implementation of the HR Business Partner function in the enterprise,

    3.scientific publications, including at least one for no less than 40 points,

    4.participation with a paper in two scientific conferences, including at least one international conference,

    5. knowledge of the Polish language at the level of the mother tongue,

    6. knowledge of the English language sufficient to conduct didactic classes.

    Specific Requirements
    Additional advantages:
    

    1.Documented experience in conducting research projects,

    2. knowledge of statistical methods in the implementation of quantitative research,

    3. proven experience in conducting classes at the academic level.
