    About This Opportunity

    Our prestigious School of Psychology is seeking an experienced Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to join the dedicated academic teaching team within the areas of social psychology and/or research methods.

    In this role you will develop, coordinate and deliver blended learning curriculum and innovative assessment primarily for undergraduate courses within the School. This will include preparation and delivery of lectures and tutorials, coordination and leadership of postgraduate tutors, and management of course assessment and marking.

    This is a full-time, continuing, teaching and research focused position. This opportunity is being offered at Academic Level B or Level C commensurate with the successful candidate's skills, abilities and experience.

    As a Lecturer (Level B), you will have the opportunity to further your expertise and growing profile in teaching, research and service and engagement. At this level, you may coordinate the activities of other staff and contribute to the effective supervision of Honours and Higher Degree by Research students and, as a Teaching and Research academic, you will aspire to achieve national recognition in your field of research.

    As a Senior Research Fellow (Level C), you will be able to leverage your established record of achievement in teaching (including clinical teaching, where appropriate), research and service and engagement. At this level, you will lead the activities of other staff and will have an active and effective record of supervising Higher Degree by Research students successfully to completion as principal supervisor. As a Teaching and Research academic, you will achieve national recognition and have a developing international profile in your field of research.

    What We Can Offer?

    At Academic Level B, the full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $104,579 - $124,187, plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be up to $122,358 - $145,299 annually.

    At Academic Level C, the full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $128,109 - $147,717, plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be up to $149,888 - $172,830 annually.
