Appointment Status Non-Tenure Track Department IU Bloomington Operations and Decision Technologies Position Summary

The Department of Operations and Decision Technologies within the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington seeks applications for full time, non-tenure-track lecturer positions effective fall 2023 with a targeted start date in August 2023.

The major teaching responsibilities involve Business Analytics (including quantitative methods and spreadsheet modeling) but could also involve teaching topics in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management. Courses would be primarily taught in-residence at the Bloomington campus, as well as online in the Kelley Direct graduate programs. The ideal candidate would have undergraduate and graduate level teaching experience. We encourage applications from excellent candidates in all areas of our fields of study – Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, and Analytics, particularly those who are eager to help us advance the School's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs.

Basic Qualifications

For a candidate to be considered at the Lecturer rank, a master's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain or related field is required, and significant professional and teaching experience is highly desirable.
